Biographical Information:
Rosalie Schofield has served as the BSW and MSW Program Director at the School of Social Work (SSW) at Temple University. She has worked as a policy analyst at Medicaid, the Families USA Foundation, Blue Cross, and the Social Security Administration and is co-founder of several community institutions including a foundation, a home for women with HIV/AIDS, and an intergenerational housing project. Former editor of the American Public Health Association newsletter on Complementary and Alternative Health, she was also a Faculty Fellow of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. She is a site visitor for the Council on Social Work Education and teaches courses in social innovation and social entrepreneurship, social policy, health/mental health policy and children and family policy.
