Temple University's Center for Social Policy and Community Development operates a number of sponsored projects related to workforce development, adult literacy, youth development, professional development and community capacity building.  CSPCD's programs are funded by foundations, local, state and federal government.  CSPCD receives support from many departments, schools and colleges within Temple University, as our mission is aligned with the University's 20/20 Strategic Plan, especially related to community engagement.  More detailed information about each program is provided.
