For over forty years, Temple University's Center for Social Policy and Community Development (CSPCD) has been committed to actively addressing social injustice and building neighborhood capacity.  We are dedicated to strengthening the community by encouraging the creative exchange of ideas and resources with residents, local grass-roots and human service organizations and Temple University. We are proud to provide the following services as we aspire to remain a beacon of hope throughout North Philadelphia and beyond:
