BSW GenEd Senior Eligibility Form 2011
Formally known as the Readmission Form, the Re-Enrollment Form is required for all Temple University students that have been out of school for one semester. Forms must be completed and submitted to the advising office in which you are requesting re-enrollment. Please be aware of deadlines posted at the top of the Re-Enrollment Form.
