Asian Youth Leadership Training

Generation of Asian Leadership (GOAL), an Asian youth council, established by and associated with Center for Asian Health, encourages Asian adolescents to participate in the Center's region-wide anti-tobacco and health prevention effort. GOAL assists youth in project design, planning, and implementation as well as provides youth with knowledge about health risks. The council meets once a month to plan community and school-based health activities for Asian youth. Center youth partners are encouraged to apply for mini- and small-grants to implement innovative community- or school-based projects.
